    3M Littmann 6151 Cardiology IV Stethoscope - Brand New Black tubing with Standard Stainless Steel chest piece.
    Note: this is the 22 inches not the 27 inches.
    It is truly lightweight and provides better acoustic than the Cardiology III. The ear pieces fit tightly to block outside noise during auscultation. I am a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in practice, and this stethoscope makes it easier to hear heart murmurs in the clinical setting.
