c.1920's A.C. Williams "Elephant on Bench on Tub" Cast Iron Bank- Exc. Condition

Description

Offered for sale is an all original example of the
Elephant on Bench on Tub cast iron still bank, manufactured by the A.C. Williams Co. sometime in the 1920's or 1930's.  I
t measures approximately 3 7/8" high and a
s can be seen from the pictures is in excellent condition: there are
no breaks, cracks or other damage, and it retains 90%+ of its original
gold paint
.  As with any piece of this age, there is some playwear and light scratches here and there, but the piece displays beautifully and is a fine example of an early figural bank.
