Up for auction are two original framed documents related to the USS San Francisco. The first is an ancient Order of the Deep Shellback embossed seal document dated January 15 1942 and signed by Captain D.J. Callaghan, D. McCallum and G. Smith. The overall size is about 9 x 11 inches. The second is a Presidential Unit Citation to the San Francisco for outstanding performance in action against the Japanese in October and November 1942. The overall size is about 9 x 12 inches. Both items are in excellent condition. We do not grade ephemera or prints, refer to photos for additional description.
