This mint green fabric looks like vintage fabric.. it has tiny rosebuds on the background.  the dress is much
prettier
then the picture shows.
The  bodice has ribbon trim down the center, with a collar that has 3 tiny flowers in the center, with gathered puff sleeves, trimmed with lace.  The gathered skirt has an
attached
petticoat of netting, trimmed with lace, with a bow in the center. closes with buttons and ties with a matching sash
