This is a vintage Adscope 602 Stethoscope. American Diagnostic Corp. ADC
The label on the end of the box reads: "Life-Assist, Inc". with a model number and phone number.
After a recent move and major downsize, I'm clearing out a family storage unit. My daughter, who went to Medical Assisting classes gave it a try. She said it works, but it's very faint compared to modern stethoscopes. It may be of more interest as a collectible item. There are extra ear pieces as shown in the photos. It weighs 1 pound and 4 ounces without packaging.
